Last updated: 30 August 2026 · Applicable to the purchase of studies on sfds.biz
SFDS, a SASU with capital of €100, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France, RCS Paris 847 965 654, SIRET 847 965 654 00027, contact@sfds.biz.
SFDS sells studies in PDF format, downloadable after payment (e.g. "Capital Raising 2026"). Each study is presented with its price, page count and a free preview before purchase on the "Our Studies" page.
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Payment is made online, by card, via Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. SFDS neither stores nor processes any banking data: this passes exclusively through Stripe, which applies strong customer authentication (3D Secure) in accordance with European payment regulations.
Once payment is confirmed, a secure, personal download link is sent by email to the address provided at the time of purchase. This link is valid for 24 hours. After this period, the client may contact contact@sfds.biz to obtain a new link.
By ticking the corresponding box before completing the purchase, the client expressly acknowledges requesting immediate performance of the service (access to the study as soon as payment is confirmed) and thereby waives their 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to online purchases.
The studies sold are protected by copyright. Purchasing a study grants a strictly personal right of use: any reproduction, redistribution or resale, including partial, is prohibited without SFDS's prior written authorisation.
The studies provided by SFDS are intended for informational and decision-support purposes; they do not constitute personalised investment, legal or tax advice. SFDS cannot be held liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the content of a study.
In the event of a technical issue preventing access to the purchased document (expired link, corrupted file), the client may contact contact@sfds.biz; SFDS undertakes to regenerate access or, failing that, to refund the purchase.
The processing of data related to the purchase (email, billing details) is described in our privacy policy.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the courts of Paris (inferred from the registered office, to be confirmed by a lawyer) shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
