SFDS was created by Ian CORNS in april 2004. Ian CORNS is an Advisor, Professor and Lecturer in Strategy, Finance, Business Development, Supply Chain & Logistics. He has been representing and developing businesses and P&L Centers for US & International companies for more than twenty years in EMEA region. He held Senior Management positions in various industries from large FMCG manufacturers to IT startups. He launched 3 consultancy firms where he acted as CEO, advising companies in their business development strategies and operations across EMEA  markets.

The primary role of the SFDS is to participate in the design and execution of a short- and long-term business strategy. In other words, we’re looking at a business plan that could grow the company’s finances over a period of time. SFDS acts directly and indirectly in the implementation of its customers strategic development plan. It finds new growth levers / route to  market and channels such as distributors and resellers (from tier-1 to tier-3).

SFDS also plays the role of a value-added partner, as it will ensure the smooth running of all its customers' operations. In this scope SFDS works closely with its customers to build tailored-made Business Plans.  The latter consists of strategic studies, project management and a multi-step deployment.

Short term to long term consultancy assignments - from FMCG & retail to complex B2B products & services offers, SFDS provides to its customers  a comprehensive set of services in terms of strategy definition, business planning & sales forecasts as sales revenues execution and P&L management in multiple different sectors with the same mission statement : leverage your company business revenues.
